Breakfast = 1 cup of Kashi cereal with 1 banana 1/2 cup fresh blueberries 1 cup Almond Milk
"I'm on a cereal kick right now"

Hand-full of pretzels

Protein shake after P90X workout- cup of  Coconut milk, scoop of sunwarrior- vegan protein, scoop of greentastic, 1 banana

bowl of  Lima-Lentil Hearty Soup

homemade guacamole with whole grain chips

bowl of vegan chili
