After some reading and research I've concluded that a vegan diet is one of the healthiest kinds of eating habits you can follow if done correctly. So why am I not doing it? I'm into health,fitness and demanding workouts. It's time for a challenge in nutrition and this seemed like the next logical step in my life. I am only a dietary vegan, not a ethical one. I will not be avoiding animal products for purposes other than eating (ie leather). The journey begins...
